Col. Thomas A. “Dingo” Doyne, USAF

Colonel Doyne is currently assigned to the ASD/NII as the deputy of Space Programs and Policy Directorate. Previously, he was the director of Defense Research & Engineering at the Office of the Secretary of Defense’s Office of Force Transformation, and commander, 12th Space Warning Squadron, Thule AB, Greenland. Doyne earned a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering mechanics from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colo.; a Master of Arts degree in space systems management from Webster University in Colorado Springs; and a Master of Science degree in space operations from the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
